A sebaceous cyst is a non-cancerous cyst that grows beneath the skin. It can be found anywhere on the body except the palms and soles. These cysts grow slowly and usually have a small punctum (opening) in the swelling or cyst.
How does doctor treat sebaceous cyst
The treatment is excision biopsy. It is better to consider excision before it gets infected, otherwise it may not be possible to remove it in toto, and the chances of recurrence are higher.
